Hosted by the Alliance for Rights and Recovery and partners from Center for Practice Innovation and InUnity Alliance, the Recovery and Rehabilitation Academy is New York's premier educational event dedicated to advancing recovery-oriented, person-centered, and psychiatric rehabilitation services.
The Academy brings together leaders, practitioners, peers, supervisors, and program staff from New York State Office of Mental Health licensed and designated providers for learning, collaboration, and the exchange of innovative practices that promote recovery, resilience, community inclusion, and meaningful life outcomes.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

• Learn from nationally and statewide recognized experts in psychiatric rehabilitation, recovery, and behavioral health.
• Explore evidence-based and emerging practices that support person-centered care.
• Strengthen leadership, workforce development, and organizational excellence.
• Network with colleagues from across New York State and share strategies for improving services and outcomes.
• Discover practical tools and resources that can be immediately applied in programs and services.

The 2026 Recovery and Rehabilitation Academy reflects the Alliance for Rights and Recovery's commitment to promoting recovery, protecting rights, and advancing high-quality behavioral health services through education, partnership, and innovation.

Registration Eligibility
Registration for the 2026 Recovery and Rehabilitation Academy is waived for staff of New York State Office of Mental Health (NYS OMH) licensed and designated providers only.
During registration, you will be asked to identify your organization from the list of eligible NYS OMH licensed and designated providers.
Please note: If your organization is not an eligible NYS OMH licensed or designated provider, or if the information provided cannot be verified, your conference registration will be canceled. You will be notified by email if your registration is canceled.
